Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping: All of our shipping is done through UPS. Customers within the United States have the option to choose between Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping ($17): 3-5 business days.
Express Shipping ($65.50): 1-2 business days.
Orders received by 2pm Central time Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 2pm Central will be shipped the following business day. If your order is placed after 2pm CST on Friday, it will be shipped on the following Monday.
You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
Grace Haven is not responsible for any stolen/lost packages.
If your package is missing, please contact UPS directly with your tracking information to file a claim.
Returns & Exchanges: We want you to love your purchase! If you change your mind, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return:
● Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
● A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please note that returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
If you receive a product that has a defect or quality issue, please contact us right away. We’re committed to making it right and will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
