THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN TRANSITIONING TO A WIG:
● Most importantly, be open minded and ready for change.
● This is a new sensory experience. You may feel slight pressure at first with the cap being snug and feels warmer than usual, you are wearing something new on your head. Don’t worry your body will adjust.
● Your head shape matters. The wig is not going to look the same on you as it does on the model or someone else. Proper sizing, placement and comfort is more important than the brand and price.
● There is no way to replicate your own hair, it is going to look and feel different. Our goal is to help you recognize yourself again.
● At first it is going to feel like a wig, because it is a wig. You will need your wig to be styled and or customized. This is when it transforms from a wig to “your hair.”and length.
● Wigs are finished products, not finished styled looks.
● Remember, you aren’t the only person wearing a wig or alternative hair. In fact once it becomes yours it is very rare that anyone will even notice that it is a wig. What matters is that you are feeling self confident and beautiful.
